    • Appointments

    Any service $50 or above does require a Credit Card on file to schedule. All
    information collected is secure and kept private. We have no access to the information once
    entered into our system.


    Cancellations

    We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order
    to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled
    appointment will be required to pay a $50 fee in order to continue booking at Root 319 Cuts
    & Color. The $50 fee will be applied to your next appointment.


    No Shows

    Please know we do our best to confirm you appointment. We send an email 3 days
    before and a text message the day before. There is ample opportunity to cancel. If you fail to
    no show for your appointment your credit card will be charged the full amount of the service.
    We do understand life happens and we do take special cases into consideration. Clients who
    no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments
    are booked.

    **Services

    We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 day of the service completion pending management approval.
